Disconnect Process

Windstream’s Disconnect process info:

Please log into your WE Connect Portal and go to “Orders” and drop down to “Manage Disconnect” and input the requested information. This process is to ensure your request is received and documented. If you need any further information or are unable to submit the request in WE Connect due to an issue, please contact Customer Care at 800-600-5050 option 3.

  1. From the Dashboard, click Orders.
  2. Click Manage Disconnects.
  3. Click + Create New Request.
