- Windstream Pro Services (Jesse Hunton) schedules the initial site survey – requires at least 5 business day’s advance scheduling.

- Windstream AM (Greg Thorsell) send Heat Map and Plan to TechChoice (Paul Storella).
- TechChoice (Paul Storella) & Windstream AM (Greg Thorsell) & Windstream PM (Andrew Farnan) review Project with EOHHS for approval.

- Windstream AM (Greg Thorsell) creates the Windstream Quote & CNS Form.
- Windstream AM (Greg Thorsell) sends CNS Form to TechChoice (Paul Storella).
- TechChoice (Paul Storella) sends CNS to EOHHS IT Contact (Jeff Martineau) via DocuSign for 1st approval.
- TechChoice (Paul Storella) sends CNS to EOHHS site contact for signature via DocuSign.
- TechChoice (Paul Storella) & Windstream AM (Greg Thorsell) receive signed DocuSign CNS from EOHHS.
- Windstream AM (Greg Thorsell) submits the order in WinForce.
- Windstream Project Manager (Andrew Farnan) assigned.
- Confirm implementation timeline – Network connectivity is ordered
- Materials are ordered, network connection is installed/verified, and technician scheduled.
- Implementation / Activation Scheduled
- Work includes AP placement, switch installation, any additional cabling if approved, and service activation with Windstream SAT team
- Burn-in and end user confirmation
- 60-90 days in identify any gaps in coverage and understand if that is due to AP placement, or need for an additional AP’s.
