Manage Service Locations / New Service Location Creation in Bulk

1. In WinForce click on “Manage Service Locations”
2. Click “Upload”
3. Click Download Template if template needed (see above with required sections highlighted in orange
4. Click Upload and verify to upload locations

For new Service Locations in WinForce:

1. in WF go to “Manage Customer Locations”
2. select “Upload”
3. add locations (for bunch of locations, click the download template button)

Requesting Sales Support to have them create Remote VoiP and PSALI to new service locations

1. go to the new opp you created
2. Cases drop down --> Select Sales Support --> Select Quote Assistanc
3. add verbiage to case (please add PSALI and Remote VoIP to the following locations and $0.00 (indicate service locations)

PAO set up for Remote VoIP / PSALI:

1. go to acct and create new opp (basic naming convention)
2. Go to original quote (the check marked one the one that was sold for the original deal) and “Clone to New Opportunity” — click radio button for new opp in Step 1 above
3. Edit the new quote (click “Edit Quote”) and clicke on the PAO button
4. Go to “Locations” and then click on the ones we want
5. go to “Product Offers” --> click on “IP Solution Bundle” (to enable for quote itself) --> go to “configure” (all new Service locatinos will be there — top of page will have “IP Solution Bundle” — click that to add
6. “Access Loop” will be there -->select “Customer Provided Access” from drop down menu (select any info you for Access as it doesn’t matter -->recalculate the quote
7. Click “Add Product” and then “Data – VoIP” --> for “Configuration” select from drop down “Remote VoIP”
   • Under VoIP select qty of phone numbers / nix pricing to $0.00 (also check “LOng Distance Flat Rate”
   • click “PSALI” as well (submit $0.00 for pricing)
8. Location is now good -->SAVE it
   • Click “Template” option from site we just worked on --> select “Template for other locations” --> call it “remote VoIP /PSALI”  -->  click “Apply Template to other locations”
   • check off locations you want template applied to (except for one we just did)
9. Click “Next” and then “Next” and then will apply to all locations
10. Go to each location to change # of TNs (b/c the template has been applied to all)
11. • for a shit ton of locations use the red “burger bar” then select “VoIP” --> “Telephone Number”
    • then go down ever location and adjust quantity
12. Click “Review” when all set which will take us to “Approvals”; for pricing adjustments, click “Offer Management” and write out instructions: “This is a re-quote to include remote VoIP plus PSALI; please make price for phone numbers and PSALI $0.00.”

Once quote ready to be submitted for approval let ’em know what you for pricing ($0.00)

Note: Remote VoIP qty can be adjusted by SOC enrichment, if needs be, and won’t kick back to sales

I apologize, I’m not familiar with this account, but I would say the quantity should match what the customer sent us for a TN list.

TN quantity can always be adjusted within our enrichment process.
