Managed Wi-Fi Sales Process

  1. Gather floor plans associated with Wireless coverage. Needs to be a blueprint architectural diagram
  2. Complete our Wi-Fi questionnaire
  3. Use our software (echihouse) to create a design
  4. Create a Predictive Heat Map – which we send to the customer (there is a charge for this) – process,
  5. Tech Connect, charges for the 1st 1100 sq ft
  6. Sign off on the heat map

Refine the AP design and scope out cable requirements

Meet with customer for a final review.

Create the SOW with all associated pricing

Signature (SOW & PAO)

Windstream orders equipment (MR46E) and data switches – PS will use Tech America to cable and install the WAP’s

Create spreadsheet of all WAP’s, SN’s, MAC Address and location and submit into the Meraki dashboard.

Post Implementation – Pay Windstream to check everything or the customer can walk-thru with a cell phone

Augment the solution as needed based on feedback.

 

 

  1. Windstream will schedule a site survey
  2. Windstream will provide a “Heat Map” depicting the placement of Wireless Access Points (WAP’s) for optimal coverage.
  3. Windstream will provide a proposal that includes a turn-key solution.
  4. The customer will review and approve the project.
  5. A Project kick-off call will be scheduled.
  6. Implementation and training will commence.
