Rate Increase

Your contract term has expired on certain accounts and/or service configurations. Within the next 30-60 days your monthly billing statement will reflect a rate increase on out of term services. All out of term services will be adjusted to month-to-month pricing, including a T1 TDM Connectivity Charge up to $1,500 per DS1 circuit and an Analog Connectivity Charge up to $400 per line. Increases may be avoided by renewing or upgrading to new services.
