I will have to point you to our Enterprise Repair Center to open a repair ticket. You can open this ticket by using the WE Connect portal (www.we.windstream.com) or by calling our Enterprise Repair Center (ERC) 1-800-600-5050, Option #1. I recommend using the portal as the most convenient option, and you can also check the status and communicate with repair in the ticket section.
