Requesting a Reason for Outage (RFO)

1. Once the ticket is in “Closed” state, you can then click the arrow to go into the ticket.
2. Once on the ticket page, click the “Request Reason for Outage” button, fill out the form and click “Submit.” The team will provide the document within 10 business days.
