Response to AO’s (older template)
UpdatedDecember 7, 2023
Hello, I feel that I need to make you aware of the differences between the direct CA’s & Inside CA’s. The direct CA’s have roughly 30-50 customers and just a handful of out AEs that they work with. I as an Inside CA, I have roughly 300-400 customers and work with well over 100 AEs. Unfortunately, I do not have enough time for strategy calls when there has been no contact made with the customer. We like to get a meeting scheduled with the customer first and then have a pre-call with you prior to that. If you can schedule one first, reach out to us and vice versa. I hope this makes sense. I look forward to working with you.
