Steps to respond to a Bid

  1. Sellers AND SEs determine bid/no bid
  2. AE to submit “Intent to Bid” and confirm we are on the participating vendor list
  3. Send RFP to Suzette Stewart for review
  4. Schedule a go, no-go call
  5. If criteria includes disabled veteran, MBO or WBO partnership, we need to seek out these partnerships. Identify a potential partner, engage a channel mgr, and drive relationship. Google may be your friend here, but I am also working with David Kelly to create a repository of existing agents in these categories.
  6. Each seller is responsible for the final RFP work product.
