Overview

WinOM Simple Order cases capabilities are limited. The Sales Support team has added “Simple Order Quote Support” to assist with the quote & case creation as Windstream enhances the simple order proficiencies.

Eligibility

• New Location with Telephone number service only
• SIP/Host Location must be active
• “Facility Type” is Customer Provided Loop

Sales Responsibility

• Create new service location(s)
• Open Sales Support Case
  • Provide detail order notes including Host location
  • Order Coordination Contact
  • Opportunity Split Team
  • Attach completed LOA form (If applicable)

Sales Support

• Owns PAO quote creation and contract sign process.
  • Quotes are created using standardized pricing.
  • Signature is not required for quotes <$300.

The PAO Quote is a order vessel for WinOM submission. Orders follow the same booking recognition guidelines as Simple Orders.
