Submitting a Disconnect via WE Connect

1. Click on the “Orders” tab

2. On the “Orders” page --> “Manage Disconnects” --> “Create New Request.”

3. At the top right of the next page click “+ Create New Request”

 

4. Fill in the corresponding info and in the drop down for “What Account/Location that is impacted?” Select desired account:

5. From there it’s just a matter of following the step-by-step instructions.
