How Can We Help?
TDM Rate Increases & Rollbacks
- Rate Roll back, per Jeff Sherwood:
Per Jeff Sherwood, regarding the “ T-1 TDM Connectivity” rollbacks / credits:
We usually refer to it as a rate reset and credit. We reset the rates to what they were previously if they are eligible, and zero the TDM C. We then provide credit approval based on the signature date up to two months on rate increases, and one month on the TDM C charge after it is zeroed.
It is a bit different that offer management that approves as a rollback
In this case, as it’s TDM-C, they’d only get a month’s worth of credit but we can roll them back to the prior rate. They’d need to get the signed doc in asap.

- Note regarding TDM disconnects & ETFs:
If customer has only TDM at a service location (that is under contract) and they choose to disconnect and not move to another strategic product, we will waive the ETF penalty
