WIN Order Process Flow to Implementation

In terms of order fulfillment, here’s where we currently stand:

    • Sales Office Coordinator – reviews the orders, and will validate everything that was submitted with your main POC and then creates the corresponding orders.
    • Project Coordinator is assigned and will kick off the project. (from initial submission to PC assignment typically takes 2-3 weeks)
    • Project Coordinator will work with you to determine timeline and scheduling requests (after hours, etc.)

Once the Project Coordinator (PC) is assigned, here is what that process entails:

    1. The PC will schedule a project kickoff call
    2. Equipment will be shipped to site
    3. A Windstream technician will install the equipment
    4. A pre-test will be scheduled
    5. The cutover and activation of the new services
