Secure eFax is a cloud faxing solution for high volume customers sending and receiving 20,000 pages or more per month. Customers also have a requirement for HIPAA certification and other compliances such as HITRUST, NIST Security, TLS 1.2, AES 256 bit encryption, willingness to sign BAA’s, and audited for SSAE-16 Type 2 / SOC-2; capabilities required by key verticals not currently available via our current faxing services. Usage is measured per page (in/out) and pooled at the account level. Multiple fax TN’s share the entire pool of pages available in the fax package for the account.
