Yes. Auto-reboot will occur after the Broadband connection is lost for 10-minutes. The auto-reboot will try again after 30-minutes. After 3 auto-reboot attempts, no additional reboots will be initiated, because there are more than likely deeper routed issues that a reboot simply isn’t able to solve. At this point, a trouble ticket will be generated so that a Windstream technician can look at the situation to figure out the more complex issues causing an outage.
