- Discount ranges from 20-90% on eligible services
- Discounts are calculated by school district rather than individual schools.
- Customers may choose one of the following:
- SPI Method – Customers may choose to have discounts applied directly to the bill
- BEAR Method – Applicant may pay bill in full and receive reimbursement from USAC
